BLAST RPC: What is special about it?

Introduced in Q4, 2023, Blast is an L2 on the top of Ethereum. It means that it partially processes data outside Ethereum (ETH) mainnet to reduce the usage of its computation resources.

Blast is associated with Blur, a dominant NFT marketplace. Blast L2 network is a brainchild of Blur founder Tieshun Roquerre who is also known as “Pacman”. Blast is backed by Paradigm, a heavyweight international VC firm.
