Yelena Yepiskoposyan is General Counsel at GetBlock, leading corporate law, compliance, IP, and cross-border legal matters for the company. She holds a PhD in Law and lectures at the European University of Armenia.

Yelena Yepiskoposyan is General Counsel at GetBlock, a blockchain RPC infrastructure platform, where she oversees the full scope of the company's legal affairs. Based in Armenia, she leads corporate law, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory matters, working closely with leadership to support the company's growth as a global provider of Web3 infrastructure.

Her practice spans cross-border transactions and corporate structuring, the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements with partners and vendors, and the management of regulatory compliance across the multiple jurisdictions in which GetBlock operates. She plays a central role in intellectual property protection, contractor and employee IP assignment frameworks, and the company's broader legal risk management, including audits and remediation of legacy agreements.

Yelena holds a PhD in Law and lectures at the European University of Armenia, bringing an academic perspective to her legal practice. She approaches legal work with an emphasis on precision and practicality, translating complex regulatory and contractual requirements into clear frameworks the business can act on, and partners with founders, finance, and product teams to ensure that GetBlock's legal foundation keeps pace with its expansion into new markets and products.
