Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
We rely on our users. We hope that you spend some of your time to read this Policy. If there are any terms you do not agree with please discontinue your use of our Platform.
This Subscription Policy is provided by GetBlock LLC, a private limited company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Serbia under the registration number 21835790 having its registered address at: Smiljaniceva 6, Vracar, Belgrade, Serbia, 11118.

SUBSCRIPTION

To access the more functionality of our Platform, you may opt-in for a subscription to a paid plan on our Website (the “Subscription”). Subscription is available for Dedicated and Shared Nodes. The relevant terms, costs and plans of our Subscription are indicated on your dashboard and on the Platform at: https://getblock.io/pricing/.


We may change our Subscription plan and its price from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your then-current Subscription plan will apply no earlier than the next payment period following notice.

TRIAL ACCESS

The User may request a trial access ("Trial Access") of the functionality of Dedicated Nodes. GetBlock shall not be entitled but may at its own discretion make such service available to the User on a trial basis for two (2) calendar days (the "Evaluation Period") until the earlier event happens:

(a) expiration of the Evaluation Period,
(b) the start of any subscription or collaboration on a paid basis for the Services,
or
(c) termination by GetBlock at its sole discretion. The charge, if applicable, for Trial Access is set out in the mutual communication with GetBlock.


If, at the end of the Evaluation Period, the User does not sign up for a subscription or engage in collaboration on a paid basis for any term, the Agreement will automatically be terminated unless GetBlock agrees, in its sole discretion, to extend the Evaluation Period. Additional terms and conditions may appear on the registration website for a Trial Access and any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding.

DISCLAIMER FOR TRIAL ACCESSES

ALL TRIAL ACCESSES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TRIAL ACCESSES MAY BE SUSPENDED, TERMINATED, OR DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON (OR NO REASON). GETBLOCK DISCLAIMS ALL OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY UNDER THE AGREEMENT (INCLUDING LIABILITY OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR UNDER SECTION 13 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY)) FOR ANY HARM OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH A TRIAL ACCESS, INCLUDING ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO SUBSCRIBER DATA. ANY CONFIGURATIONS OR SUBSCRIBER DATA ENTERED INTO A TRIAL ACCESS, AND ANY CUSTOMISATIONS MADE TO A TRIAL ACCESS BY OR FOR THE USER, MAY BE PERMANENTLY LOST IF THE TRIAL ACCESS IS SUSPENDED, TERMINATED, OR DISCONTINUED. GETBLOCK'S INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS UNDER SECTION 13 (INDEMNIFICATION) OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE DO NOT APPLY TO TRIAL ACCESSES.

AUTHORISATION

By choosing ‘Subscription’ on your payment checkout page and clicking ‘Subscribe’, you are agreeing to this policy and authorize GetBlock LLC and its merchant of record Paddle Inc. to do the following:

1) to charge you a specified amount via the credit/debit card every 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months as chosen when subscribing.
2) to store you name, surname, card expiry date and PAN number (“COF” - Credentials on File)
3) to initiate a transaction on your behalf by using COF.


Please note that your COF will be logged and stored by our merchant of record Paddle Inc. , not GetBlock.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

In order to process your payment via a valid credit/debit card, we engaged our merchant of record Paddle Inc. Your relationship with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.


Initially, you'll be notified about upcoming Subscription payment 4 days in advance. A second notification will be sent 2 days prior to the charge. Notifications will be issued by our merchant of record, Paddle Inc.


You’ll be charged between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on the day Subscription period renews.

FAILURE OF PAYMENT

In case the payment is failed due to reasons like insufficient funds, card expiration, or account suspension, we'll reattempt the payment via our merchant of record Paddle Inc. after 3 days.


After second failed attempt within these time frames, recurring payments will be automatically canceled. We may suspend your access to the Service and may require the activation of a new Subscription plan.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Subscription and withdraw your consent to automatic payments anytime. Please contact us via clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’ in your account or our merchant of record Paddle Inc. here at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Please make sure you provide your order number and the email address used for your purchase.


Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. You will continue to have access to Service until the end of the initial term of your Subscription. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.


If the payment due is not processed due to insufficient funds, expiration of your credit/debit card, we may suspend your access to the Service until we settle your payment for the Subscription plan.

SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

Subscription is deemed to be fully performed at the time of granting you access to the Platform on the terms of relevant subscription plan.


This case is exempt from the general withdrawal right upon the consumer’s prior express consent.


BY AGREEING TO THIS POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THERETO.


If you forget to cancel your subscription and have not used any of its functionalities, we cannot offer you a refund. However, you may request a refund in cases described in our Refund Policy.
