Dmitrii Petrov is Senior Tech Product Manager at GetBlock and one of the company's earliest technical hires. He designed and maintains the backbone of GetBlock's RPC node fleet — now over 1,000 servers across Frankfurt, New York, and Singapore — leads the expansion of the product line, and served as the internal lead for GetBlock's SOC 2 Type II attestation.

Dmitrii Petrov is Lead Tech PM at GetBlock and one of the company's earliest technical hires. He designed, implemented, and continues to maintain the backbone of GetBlock's RPC node fleet, scaling it from two BNB Smart Chain full nodes at the start to more than 1,000 servers across three data centers in Frankfurt, New York, and Singapore. He leads the expansion of GetBlock's product line and drives cost-efficiency across the platform's infrastructure, and served as the internal lead for the company's SOC 2 Type II attestation.

Before GetBlock, Dmitrii worked as a Physical Distribution Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where he digitalized warehouse operations at the Gillette plant in St. Petersburg and modernized the production returns process, cutting its costs by 20%. As a process engineering intern at P&G's largest plant in Europe, he built a machine vision case count system that reduced manual checks by 30%.

Dmitrii holds a Master's degree in Quality Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology. He has spoken at ETH Tallinn and mentored builders at ETH Belgrade.
