Alongside his product mandate, he carries marketing and growth workloads, working across the full cycle from hypothesis to launch to post-release metrics.

Before joining GetBlock in November 2023, Maksim spent more than two years as Product Owner at 3Commas, one of the world's leading algorithmic trading and bot ecosystems, an EU-based platform with $400 billion in trading volume. There he owned the product roadmap, ran market and competitor analysis, formed and tested product hypotheses in MVP format, and managed backlog prioritization with project teams.

Maksim holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Automation and Electric Drive. Outside of work, he is an entrepreneur in the 3D printing space, a background that keeps his product thinking anchored in physical prototyping and hands-on iteration.
