July 2021 has come to an end, which means that we’re ready to share our news and updates with the developer community. The past month brought you several node version updates, integration with Polygon (MATIC), affiliate program launch, the Chinese language website localization, and way more!

Node version updates

The following nodes had their versions updated:

Integration with Polygon (MATIC)

We’re excited to cooperate with the Polygon team and expand into their full-stack scaling ecosystem. Both shared and dedicated nodes of Polygon Network are now available for GetBlock clients.

Blockchain developers can now move their applications from the first-gen smart contract platforms to Polygon using the GetBlock solution. Polygon is fully EVM-compatible: every Ethereum developer is a Polygon developer as well. API connections with both JSON-RPC and WebSockets methods are available here.

Please, read the details of this integration in our blog post.

Affiliate Program: Beta version

We welcome everyone to join our newly-launched Affiliate Program and get a reward for every purchase of our dedicated nodes and an ‘Unlimited’ package of requests.

Rules are quite simple at the moment:

  • 10% revenue from each sale of our dedicated nodes and an ‘Unlimited’ package. This is the amount of revenue at the start;
  • We don’t provide referral links yet;
  • You can get additional income by sharing information on our products anywhere your audience is concentrated.
  • Our customers: everyone who needs access to blockchain nodes, for example, individual blockchain developers, DEXs, wallets, NFT marketplaces, tokenized community programs.
  • You can also share your ideas, so we can find a way for better cooperation together.

To learn the details of the affiliate program, please, ping us in our TG group.

Welcome to our Discord server!

Our team will be glad to communicate with developers and all those who’re interested in the GetBlock services in our own public Discord server.

It’s been updated, and from now on, you can create a ticket in case of some technical issues. Also, it’s been expanded with FAQ and Announcements channels where you can find all the relevant information on our services and updates. Devs can find each other and make small talk in a recently added ‘Developers-Chat’.

Attention: Scam Alert

Due to the increased traffic on the market and the high probability of fraud and scammers illegally operating on behalf of GetBlock, we’re urging you to be vigilant.

For your own safety, for all questions and business enquiries, please, contact directly our Business Development Managers: @AzizGetBlock, @elizabeth_getblock.

In case of any technical issues, please, send a direct message to our Business Development Managers in TG, or create a ticket on our Discord server.

Why are GetBlock nodes better than public nodes?

Using GetBlock’s nodes can be compared to booking first class and business class flights. Yes, you can book the economy class on the same plane – but your experience will be different.

Accessing mainstream blockchains via shared or dedicated nodes by GetBlock will allow your business to save on resources, time and spare your nerves.

Want to dig in and learn about the striking differences between our nodes and the public ones? Check out one of our latest articles.

Reminder: dedicated nodes at a reduced price

Now, if you buy a dedicated node for two months, you can use it during the third month absolutely for free! Also, we prepared a discount for the fourth and subsequent months. The purchase can be made for the dedicated node of any blockchain supported by GetBlock. Please, contact us via Telegram to learn more about the details of the offer.

Check out our Blog or join us on Twitter to stay informed about our announcements, as there are many to see ahead. We are looking forward to implementing new features and building new partnerships!
