Returns array of hashes of blocks within the timestamp range provided,greater or equal to low, less than high.WARNING getblockhashes is disabled.
Parameters
high. - numeric
The newer block timestamp.
low - numeric
The older block timestamp.
options - string
Optional.
A json object:
