GetBlock has improved its Shared Node subscription plans by significantly increasing the  Requests-Per-Second (RPS) limits for all tiers without changing prices. This update is part of our ongoing effort to make blockchain infrastructure faster and easier to scale.

New defaults (Shared Plans):

Free: 20 RPS

Starter: 100 RPS

Advanced: 300 RPS

Pro: 500 RPS

Enterprise: Still custom and configurable

TL;DR: Pricing hasn’t changed. The result is the immediate RPC performance boost at no extra cost for all users.

Up to 4x more Requests Per Second on Shared Nodes

Requests Per Second (RPS) measures how many individual requests users and applications can send to our blockchain nodes each second. To provide a high-quality experience for all Shared Node endpoint customers, there is a maximum number of these requests for each subscription plan.

And the exciting news — we’ve just raised those limits across the board. Here’s a quick look at the new Expanded RPS limits for Shared Nodes:

Updated RPS limits across GetBlock Shared Node plans

The increase ranges from 2.5x to 4x, depending on the plan. This is substantially more baseline throughput before considering an upgrade or Boost for occasional peak loads.

Note: The Enterprise plan still offers fully customizable RPS limits for projects with the highest throughput needs. If your business has unique performance requirements, let’s connect and build your perfect plan together!

Continued commitment to performance

The increase in GetBlock’s RPS limits lets developers build and scale blockchain apps with fewer interruptions and smoother performance, with:

Higher concurrency and throughput for RPC requests

Significantly reduced likelihood of rate-limit throttling during traffic spikes

Better experience when running multi-chain and multi-endpoint integrations within the same tier

Check your GetBlock dashboard to see your new RPS limits and experience the improvement firsthand.

This update is one of several improvements we’re rolling out this year to make blockchain development faster, easier to scale, and more reliable. We’re committed to supporting developers and enterprises with infrastructure that keeps pace with the boldest ambitions.
