Oasis Sapphire Endpoints Live

GetBlock now offers managed access to Sapphire Mainnet and Testnet via our top-tier RPC and dedicated node services. Adding Sapphire, an execution environment on top of the Oasis Network, to GetBlock’s RPC stack brings a privacy-focused, EVM-compatible chain into the suite of supported networks.

GetBlock adds Oasis to its list of supported blockchains

GetBlock continues to expand its supported network lineup with Oasis Sapphire, offering production-ready RPC API access for both Mainnet and Testnet. By delivering managed endpoints and nodes, GetBlock now makes it easier for developers to build EVM-compatible smart contracts that leverage Sapphire’s confidential execution features.

We offer shared Sapphire RPC endpoints across all plans, including the free tier. When teams outgrow free shared node limits, they can scale seamlessly with paid monthly subscriptions starting at $39. For heavy production workloads, our customers can provision dedicated nodes, full or archive, in multiple regions.

At launch, shared and dedicated Sapphire nodes are available for access and deployment in Germany (Frankfurt), the US (New York), and Singapore. Both JSON-RPC and WebSocket connections are supported.

Registered GetBlock users can create Oasis Sapphire mainnet and testnet endpoints and request the private dedicated node deployment in the dashboard.

Getting started with Oasis Sapphire API on GetBlock

To create an Oasis RPC URL right from the dashboard, follow these simple steps:

1

Sign in to your GetBlock account.

2

Click Get to create an access token while on the Shared Nodes tab.

3

Configure the endpoint: Set Oasis Mainnet or Testnet, JSON-RPC or WebSocket, and the preferred region.

The dashboard then generates a secure Oasis Sapphire endpoint configured for those choices.

Dedicated Oasis nodes can also be requested directly from the GetBlock dashboard under the Dedicated Nodes tab. The deployment is quick and self-service.

What is Oasis Sapphire?

Sapphire is a ParaTime on the Oasis network — an execution environment that runs EVM-compatible smart contracts and exposes the same RPC surface developers expect from an Ethereum-style chain. For most practical purposes, Sapphire behaves like its own EVM chain. Under the hood, Sapphire executes transactions inside its ParaTime runtime and relies on Oasis’s consensus layer for finality and network security.

Sapphire supports confidential execution primitives, which is why teams building privacy-sensitive features or confidential compute workflows are particularly interested. The confidentiality is achieved by running the execution runtime inside Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs). Developers can design contracts or flows that keep sensitive data private (e.g., private inputs, identity attributes, confidential DeFi primitives) while interacting with public contracts when needed.

Vasily Rudomanov, CEO of GetBlock, emphasizes the benefits of dApp development on Oasis and showcases new opportunities for the platform's clients:

Oasis blockchain has always been about ambition and bold innovation. In 2025, they're offering groundbreaking developments like chain-agnostic privacy layers and dedicated networks with off-chain computations. For dApp builders, this represents a 'blue ocean' opportunity, which is why GetBlock chose to include Oasis in our network stack enhancement. Beyond Oasis mainnet Dedicated and Shared Nodes - with three regional endpoints in New York, Frankfurt, and Singapore - we invite everyone to experiment with the Sapphire testnet.

We’re excited to bring Oasis to GetBlock — it’s another step toward supporting the full diversity of blockchains that developers need today!
