GetBlock 2025: Navigating Challenges, Driving Transformation – Letter from CEO Vasily Rudomanov

Dear GetBlockians,
This is my first New Year letter as CEO of GetBlock. It's both an honor and a privilege to lead one of the most advanced Web3 infrastructure platforms in the industry.
Let me share what we accomplished in 2025, why we approached it the way we did, and where we're headed next.
GetBlock, Reinvented
Saying we transformed in 2025 might sound like standard year-end rhetoric. For GetBlock, it's simply true.
We consolidated our technical leadership, making operations more mature, effective, and architecturally sound. Our team became obsessed with metrics that matter: root cause analysis procedures, node stability benchmarks, uptime consistency.
We rebuilt our node deployment process from the ground up to achieve greater stability and resilience. Our Singapore and New York clusters evolved into foundational pillars of our data center infrastructure. We strengthened our presence as a Singapore-based company serving the local market and its dynamic blockchain ecosystem.
We began practical AI integration - not to loudly announce a buzzword transformation, not to replace people, but to amplify what our team can do.
We expanded archival data access, onboarded dozens of new blockchains, implemented fairer and more transparent pricing, and shipped numerous other improvements.

Biggest Milestones and (Some) Breakthroughs
We completed our multi-regional infrastructure rollout, deploying all services across three strategic regions: North America (New York), Europe (Frankfurt), and Asia-Pacific (Singapore).
We've already achieved industry-leading latency benchmarks in these newly deployed markets whether in the EU, Middle East, or Americas.
Our Dedicated Node service was rebuilt from the ground up. Every server was migrated to higher-grade infrastructure. We made our RPC node service pricing more transparent, fair, and usage-aligned, while substantially increasing throughput capacity.
In Q1, we embedded MEV protection into our core infrastructure products through strategic partnerships not as a premium feature, but as a standard capability included with the majority of plans.
Archival data access is now available to entry- and mid-tier plans.
We doubled down on blockchain diversity, onboarding over 40 new networks to serve where the industry is innovating in 2025 and beyond.
We open-sourced our pioneering MCP server, a lightweight toolkit built in-house that enables AI agents to interact with blockchain infrastructure.
We shipped specialized Solana infrastructure with data tools built for use cases where milliseconds matter: MEV searchers, HFT bots, and many more.
We significantly upgraded our team. The level of talent, experience, and maturity inside GetBlock today is substantially higher than a year ago. This happened because we raised our standards, made hard decisions, and chose long-term strength over short-term comfort.
We also transformed how we operate, moving to KPI- and goals-based planning. That shift brought clarity, focus, and accountability to everything we do.
We grew our revenue by 25% year over year, which is a strong result in a challenging market and a clear signal that customers trust what we're building.
From Startup Rebirth to New Frontiers: GetBlock in 2026
In 2025, we asked hard questions.
What is GetBlock's core purpose? Which processes serve us well, and which hold us back? What do customers need today? What will they need in 2026, 2030, and beyond?
One of the key challenges of 2025 is that we didn’t always move as fast as we could. And that starts with me. The world around us is moving incredibly fast, and speed matters. This is a lesson we are taking seriously into 2026.
We found our answer.
GetBlock needed to become a startup again. A company actively searching for its next business model.
Despite serving tens of thousands of customers with a proven product, we're starting from scratch in key areas.
We're again young, hungry, curious, and unafraid. We're expanding beyond RPC nodes, and we haven't yet found product-market fit in these new territories.
With 1,000+ bare metal servers and 20+ exceptional DevOps engineers, we can run any workload that Web3 and AI demand, from autonomous agent systems to complex enterprise operations.
Our focus: stability, security audits, programmability. We're betting heavily on privacy-centric infrastructure and institutional adoption of mainstream blockchains.
If I had to summarize 2026 in three words: Privacy. AI Agents. Institutions.
Our premium RPC node service remains our top priority. We're investing heavily to make it more business-critical: tighter SLAs, lower latency, and the performance resilience that TradFi-grade corporate services demand — whether in AI or Web3.
We're amplifying this foundation with two offerings that don't exist in the market today.
First: an auditable, bank-grade, privacy-preserving RPC layer for TradFi institutions. Leveraging TEE and zero-knowledge technology, it will enable blockchain integration that's untraceable, secure, and compliant - built for fintechs, family offices, VC funds, and other heavyweight TradFi players.
Second: a multi-purpose AI agent infrastructure platform. Model-agnostic, scalable, Web3-native. Think of it as a cost-effective, resilient gateway to AI for enterprises with real products, real demand, and real traffic.
Raising the Bar: Our Path Forward
We're proving there are no limits. Come along for the ride.
To the team: I want to thank each and every of you for your commitment and effort this year. And I want to especially recognize those of you who are ready to move faster, adapt to change, and evolve with the world around us. That mindset is essential for what comes next.
2026 is the year when GetBlock becomes a bank-grade AI and Web3 infrastructure company building rails for capital flows and agentic systems.
This means we are raising the bar.
We compete with global infrastructure leaders, not local startups.
And good enough is no longer good enough.
In 2026, I expect more ownership - thinking and acting like founders.
More speed of execution - let’s turn ideas into reality faster.
More courage to build hard things - the time has come for choosing ambition over convenience.
More leadership at every level, regardless of title.
More curiosity about the market and new tools.
And a much higher level of AI maturity. Now it is a real capability.
This is not about pressure. It’s about trust. I believe this team is capable of operating at that level.
