Method getsmartcodeevent Ontology (ONT)
connect with JSON-RPC protocol
getsmartcodeevent
Fetch smart contract execution result using block height or transactionhash.When the block height is passed as the parameter, the response containsthe list of all the transactions that are the execution result.When a transaction hash is passed as the parameter, the responsecontains the execution result of the particular transaction.

height_or_hash - string of integer
block height or transaction hash
verbose - integer
1 for verbose
