The value is 0x0 - gasPrice - QUANTITY - Not supported. The value is 0x0 - value - QUANTITY - Not supported. The value is 0x0 - data - DATA - Hash of the method signature and encoded parameters.

QUANTITY|TAG - string

currently, only "latest" is available.
