theta.CallSmartContract
This API simulates the smart contract execution locally withoutsubmitting the smart contract transaction to the blockchain. It isuseful to evalute the execution result, calculate the gas cost, etc.
Parameters
sctx_bytes - string
the signed transaction bytes.
