connect with JSON-RPC protocol
theta.BroadcastRawTransaction
This API submits the given raw transaction to the blockchain, andreturns only after the transaction to be included in the blockchain, ortimed out (i.e. synchronous call).
Parameters
tx_bytes - string
the signed transaction bytes.
