Imports funds without rescan. Corresponding address or script mustpreviously be included in wallet. Aimed towards pruned wallets. Theend-user is responsible to import additional transactions thatsubsequently spend the imported outputs or rescan after the point in theblockchain the transaction is included.
Parameters
