Before GetBlock, he spent four years at Rarible, where he rose from Technical Support Agent to Support Lead. He managed teams of up to 20 people and supported both retail users and Rarible's enterprise partners, including Warner Bros., Mattel, and McFarlane Toys.

At Evergon Labs, he worked in customer success and product operations. There he managed enterprise onboarding, worked with KYC, KYB, and AML infrastructure, and coordinated product releases together with the engineering team.
