更新暂时无法消耗的输出列表。
临时锁定 (unlock=false) 或解锁 (unlock=true) 指定的交易输出。
如果在解锁时没有指定交易输出，则所有当前锁定的交易输出都被解锁。
使用比特币时，自动硬币选择不会选择锁定的交易输出。
手动选择的硬币会自动解锁。
锁只存储在内存中。节点以零锁定输出开始，当节点停止或失败时，锁定输出列表总是被清除（通过进程退出）。

unlock - 布尔值，必填
是否解锁（真）或锁定（假）指定的交易
transactions - json 数组，可选，默认=空数组
交易输出并在每个交易中输出 txid（字符串）vout（数字）。
