添加一个公钥（十六进制），可以像在钱包中一样查看，但不能用于消费。需要一个新的钱包备份。
提示使用 importmulti 导入多个公钥。
注意如果重新扫描为真，此调用可能需要一个多小时才能完成，在此期间，其他 rpc 调用可能会报告导入的公钥存在但相关交易仍然丢失，导致暂时不正确/虚假余额和未花费输出，直到重新扫描完成。
说明 使用“getwalletinfo”查询扫描进度。
